Idyllically situated only a few metres from the sea, Shore Cottage is available for holiday lets throughout the year offering the perfect place, peaceful and private, in which to relax and watch the otters play as the sun sets over the loch.

The two bedrooms (double and twin) both have sea views and share the bathroom.

The living, dining, kitchen space is a pleasant and sunny environment for cooking, eating, warming by the stove (nice and cosy in the winter) and gazing out of the windows.

The spacious lounge is good for lounging and looking out of the windows from where you can often see sea eagles over the island.

The cottage has BT wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a bread maker.

Outside there is plenty of space, sheep nibbled grass, a babbling burn and the sea. There is a place for a fire and barbecue.

Within easy walking distance is the village pub, the shop, the Coastal Kitchen Restaurant and Nanny's Cafe.

Shieldaig is the perfect spot for exploring the Applecross peninsula and the Torridon mountains and within the village there are opportunities to go sea kayaking, boat trips, fishing and walking.
