Swim stage starts - 5 a.m.- 3.8k across Loch Shieldaig

bike stage starts ~ 200k

below ~ leader at T2 after the swim & bike stage

running stage starts ~ 42k (to the top of a mountain and back)

Off the hill

and the winner is.. Alex Glasgow

...in a time of 12 hrs 10 mins
